After years working in television and production across Australia, we saw a clear gap in the market—regional organisations were often overlooked in favour of big-city agencies, despite having powerful stories to tell. We built Hand Cut Films to change that.

Based in Bright, Victoria, we partner with councils, tourism boards, and businesses throughout North East Victoria to create video content that delivers results. Whether it’s a large-scale campaign or a single brand story, we bring clarity, creativity, and professionalism to every project.
